how can i raise my credit score in 2 months?

I was discharged from BK in June. I disputed everything that wasn't reporting included in BK on my credit report. Now my score is 516. I have two new credit cards, so my history is only a month old. I need a 620 to get a car loan from my credit union. its it possible to raise my credit score 100 points in 2 months?
