I have a 1999 manual 2 door jeep Cherokee 4 cylinder and i would like to put some 24 inch rims or bigger, and i would like to know if i need to get a new transmission to be able to pull the rims , and if so how would i do that. Also will it be ok to keep it manual or should i convert it to automatic. or should i not do it because the engine is too small?

That is a really bad idea. First, the suspension on Jeeps is really crude, and if you put big rims & low profile tires on it, it will ruin the ride & handling.

sure you can put them on but why mess up the motor and trans front end parts how it rides and yes how it drives bigger tires les power more problems sure they look cool but really they cause so many parts to fail many problems you want a new look but same type wheels just chrome will be better off in the long run
