How can I put a front license plate on a 2006 Honda Civic Ex 2 door?

Do I have to drill holes in the bumper? There is a place more toward the bottom of the second grill that looks like a place for screws to go into, but it seems impossible to get your hand plus a tool back there to tighten the bolts. Thanks

I'm assuming you don't have the bracket on. Those two holes you see are for the screws which hold the bracket, they are the biggest pain in the world to get on! Start the screw by hand (mine came with hex screws), then try to use a ratchet or screw driver to tighten it up. It does take time to get it on tight and straight, I guess you could always pay Honda to do it if you can't get it on.
