When i start playing a sport i feel fast and full of energy.Later on i get slow but not tired.I can run fast and try to but for some reason i dont want to.My speed feels like its slowing down and i can keep going.Its kind of like f*** whats the point.I want to but i keep on thinking about it.Can i get some tips on how not to focus and just play and some help about the sluggishness?
