A month ago I cut my hand open and had to get 11 stitches. The summer league is starting soon. It hurts to catch a ball or hit because my scar is sensitive. My cut goes down my palm about 2 inches from in between my pointer finger and middle finger. Is there anything I can use that will take the pain away when I catch or hit?
how can i protect my palm when i play baseball?
