I have a case with EEOC and ADA I had an Mediation scheduled but I'm unable and attempted to reschedule several times and was told i cannot reschedule. I'm wondering if i have to attend the mediation to file a lawsuit for Discrimination/ADA, Race, Retalitation, Harrassment. Not attending the mediation will it affect my case? Any suggestions will greatly help! Thank you!
