How can I play fast on guitar without getting tired?

I have no problem with reaching a fast speed, but my hand always gets tired after a certain amount of time, and it gets harder to maintain that speed.

More specifically, I'm trying to play Raining Blood, the part where the guitarist is galloping along the Eb String

What can I do about this?
