How can i play a torrented game from Vuze?

I just downloaded a game using Vuze. When i open the game from the vuze library, it is just a folder with an information file, and a crap load of files whose' types are R followed by a number. For example: File Type: R01, or File Type: R23. How do i actually play the game instead of having just a bunch of useless files? (can't open any of these files either)
