How can i perform better in school when i'm tired and i cant be bothered to do work?

Lately I've been performing really crap in school and I've just been tired and i cant sleep and i don't know why and my grammar and spelling has spun out of control a bit (for instance saying/writing peform instead of perform) and my worlds jumble and i cant get the right words some times
 
put in more effort....seriously. i've gone without sleep for days so i get good grades, and typed on the computer with my eyes closed...spellcheck baby
