I believe my mother filled out my FAFSA wrong back in January.I would ask her to correct it but she wants no part in helping me attend the college that I want to attend.Please don't suggest trying to reason with her or anything like that,that's not an option.My father is deceased so my parental factors are pretty much closed. I have no other close family members or anything like that so really---all family resources are a negative at this point. What I would like to know is how can I pay for college without FAFSA? Student Loans?I doubt Im eligible because as a child someone opened some accounts in my name and they are in collections, so that's a big negative on my credit score. But maybe I am able to get something.Im 18 yrs old,a 2009 graduate,and plan on attending a state university this fall.Does anyone know what I can do?Please help.Thank You
