Adobe Flash Player is the basic way of opening a SWF. Does the SWF automatically make associations with Adobe Flash Player? If not, you can right click and select "Open with" (Windows). Adobe Flash Player should be on the recommended programs list. In the properties of the file you can also change the default program to open ALL of the same file type. However, if it is not a recommended programs, you will have to hunt for it through your computer's program files. There are also other SWF viewing programs. You also can open with an internet browser.
