I have been trying to do some internet research for how to get a street performing or "busker" license and haven't been successful. If anyone could help that would be wonderful.
I would suspect that you don't need one, if you aren't coming up with anything. Particular municipalities might have requirements though. In any case, it will be easier than getting a firearms license in IL. My advice is to just do it until some cop instructs you on the law (if he knows it and isn't just making it up on the spot.)
