How can I obtain a lawyer If I don't have any money?

Nothing is for free these days....look at Cracker Jacks toys today compared to what you used to get.

Your best bet is to contact your local Legal Aid Office to assist you if you cannot afford an attorney.

You can also attempt to hire an attorney who will take your case based upon a "contingency agreement." Contingent upon you winning your case...the attorney will gain his fees through the award in your favor IF you win your case.

You would call you county bar association and ask if free legal service might be available.

This is no guarantee. You are entitled to an attorney if you are charged with a criminal offense if you cannot afford one, ( you would get a public defender.) but for other kinds of legal matters, finding an attorney willing to work for free is quite difficult.
