Well I want to upload music/videos onto my BB but it's not working out for me.
I already installed the desktop manager from the cd that I got with the BB. When I plugged it in with the usb cord, nothing happened. The desktop manager says that it's disconnected.
I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the program but nothing has changed. I also took out the battery and reset my phone but still nothing.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
