how can i make the background on my voyager take up the whole screen when i use a pic?

I have a voyager and i set a different picture as my background. Now the picture does not take up the whole screen. it looks funny. i don't remember it ever looking like that. i want it to be on the whole screen. can someone PLEASE help me!!!=D
