My 2 yr old seems to whine, scream, and cry all the time. He doesnt speak but a couple of words. I know he gets aggravated bc sometimes we dont understand him. But I'm very patient with him, i even get eye level with him and quietly ask him what he wants. He does this for no reason most of the time. Im kind of running out of patience and hair.(hehehe)

My 2 year old speaks and understands very well but still just like yours she whines, screams and cries all the time. She's been like that since she was born--just loud. Loud when she's happy, mad, sad, whatever. I've come to accept that it's just her personality (type a maybe, lol) and adjusted my reactions because Lord knows you can't really control what a 2 year old does.
It is normal for them to get frustrated because they can't convey their feelings. Perseverance. I stay calm, quiet and patient and this helps control a lot of her outbursts. Hopefully soon this will pass--for both of us.

he's 2... it's typical. However, I would be concerned about his vocabulary. My son is 2 and speaks in complete sentences. Maybe work with him on his vocabulary a bit more, and he'll be able to better express himself.

my son is almost three. i notice that when i get really busy and cannot give him the normal amount of attention That ti usually do, he wines and cries over the simplest things. when that starts happening i put whatever it is that has kept me busy and do something special with him. like go get ice cream and park. read some books or play trains...it ALWAYS remedies this type of situation for him.
