How can i make my own ceramic cook top cleaner that isn't going to scratch the surface?

i need something that is going to clean my cook top after a boil over. Most of the mess can be cleaned up with the scraper but it leaves a very fine film that i cant get off i want to make my own paste if i can, please help me out.
