how can i make my iphone speaker louder without messing up da song with 2 much bass?

everytym i take my iphone 2 skul people say that it sux coz they can barely hear the speaker wen im playing my songs on mp3 format.plz tell me how i can make it louder without using all those ipod big speaker thing, i just want 2 make it louder by improving the volume on the fone or the song itself
