How can I make my Garry's Mod Load faster?

I've deleted a lot of files and I close everything before I start it.
My Specs :
OS - Windows Vista
RAM- 3Gb
Processor - AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-70 2.00Ghz
