R Rick New member Jul 8, 2009 #1 My garden is producing huge horseradishes. I know after grinding it up to add vinegar (1/2 cuo vinegar to 1 cup radish and a tsp salt) but I was wondering if there isn't a way to make it more tasty or interesting. Any thoughts?
