I am looking into buying a car from Arizona that is a 1999 impreza outback sport wagon and has an engine swap. I am pretty sure of its passing smog but I don't like the state referees so how can I get this beast up to code? There are parts that aren't CARB approved so how can I bring this up to code (cheap) and find a good shop to do this (LIC motorsports seems to despise people who want swaps.....) below is a mod list I am thinking of changning the BOV to recirculating one.....Perrin FMIC so the HKS one that is "carb Exempt" and anything else such as intake, etc. to be carb approved.....any good advice would help!
