how can i make a woman get an paternity test?

i need to know who who get a hold of to make this lady have a court orderd paternity test, becose this ladie about every six months or more deciedes that i am the father of her daughter . and if so i feel that we both deserve to know each other and get to know each other ?
i was court orderd one once. wasn't minr=e and didnt have to pay i don't see why it shiould be ay iferant
and i do believe she is on governmental support
 
well i would contact the department of revenue or department of children and familes but the only thing is you can make her do it but it will cost you and if she does it then its free...
