is there a website i could use to do the graphics like that. I have a blingee acount and a fotoflexer account, could i use those. Or how would i do it?

she might have used photoshop, or the free version of that called GIMP. http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ i dont think you could use blingee or any other online thing like that.
