How can I Make a Booklet from 8.5 x 11?

I have about 60 pages of text and I want to create a 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 Booklet. How can I do this? There must be some nifty software that would enable 2 sided printing (save paper!) like the professionals. If anybody has the answer on how to crack this nut I'd like it... Using HP Printer pages I only came up with 4.5 x 6, which is too big...
