I am a lecturer of physics in a college.There are some students in my class who always disturb and bother me during lecture.Although I've full command on my subject and I teach them properly but they do not give proper attention in the class. Sometimes they become very rude as well.Is there any psychological method to control such type of students without giving them punishment?
How can I maintain discipline in my classroom without giving any punishment?
