Im not asking this because Im just a teenager with weight concerns, I am asking this because I have to take a new medication that requires me to lose some pounds (like 10ish) beforehand. I have like a month and a half to lose this weight so I can start the meds. Its for one of my knees that was crushed in a soccer accident, so I am very limited as to the activity that I can do. I have heard that colon cleansing works? Any help would be much appreciated!!
