I need to lose weight and get ready for boot camp. Right now my BF% is 34%...yikes. I started smoking after high school and had a sit down job and lost my youthful figure. Any suggestions on endurance training, inches loss, and weight lose would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to lose about 6 inches and 30 lbs in a few months...any think its possible? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
