am 14 and a very serious dancer. I would like to lose some weigh this summer (currently 115.5 lbs, want to be 100 lbs)
I dance Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and soon the summer course will start and I will dance all day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and have a hour and a half class on Saturdays. I may also be taking an hour and a half private lesson every Thursday.
Any tips on how to lose weigh and what to eat?
I also want to find out how many calories I should have per day, and my BMI. Please anwser!
(And just because I am a baller dancer who wants to lose weigh doesn't mean I am anorexic)
