kay so my school uniform is a red,wight,or baby blue polo and a tartus or khaki skirt it all has to come from parker uniforms and we can't alter them other than hemming the skirts. when i get ready i tease just the top layers of my hair and do my makeup like normal but less eye liner and lighter eye shadow. we can where whatever jewelry we want and can have any backpack but we cant like carry it around during the day. i'm having my trouble with my clothes how do i make my uniform look scene? Random bracelets up ur arms.hair exstentions.converse flats or slip on vans.chain or bead or any tacky necklaces. Knee highs or tights (patterns/bright colors are perrrrrfect.)..dark eyeliner on top and bottom. Mascaraaaaa.gages?lip,nose,eyebrow,belly botton peircings (or fake ones.!
