How Can I Logg Out Of Yahoo Chat Room If I Close The Page?

I mean there's no "Log Out" sign anywhere from the page and im getting tired of these "FAKES" chatting with me with their perverted words.
I logged out of my yahoo Messenger but i still received them, i even "close" the chat room page but they won't stop. Its like im still in "that" last chat room i was at and it won't let me Log out.
HELP!!!!!!

At the top of the chat room click the Chat menu and choose Close Out. But bots can still pm you because even if you leave a room your name where you typed is still in the room for a while at least. What you need to do is to make it so that only your contacts on your messenger list can send you an instant message. Update to 9.0 before you do that because if you do these steps in 8.1 you will not see anybody typing in a chat room.

At the top of Y!M click the Messenger menu and choose Preferences, then Ignore List category. Now choose the top option "Ignore anyone not on my messenger list." And click OK. You might need to restart Yahoo Messenger for the changes to take effect.
 
When you close the chat room window, you successfully log off the chat rooms. But this won't stop "spambots" (or anyone who got your user name and want to chat with you) to open IMs on your Messenger.

You can set your Messenger to ignore everyone who is not on your Messenger List. (TAKE CARE: IF YOU DO SO, YOU WON'T RECEIVE ANY MESSAGES FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT IN YOUR CONTACTS LIST)

Here's how if you're interested:

→ Click the Messenger menu and select Preferences.

→ Click the "Ignore List" category.

→ Select the option labeled "Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger List."

→ Click OK at the bottom of the window.
