How can I keep formatting for an HTML flyer or embed a PDF in an email body

or maintain hyperlinks in JPG? I have a flyer created in word 2007 that has many hyperlinks that I need to email not as an attachment, but in the email body. I converted it to a PDF and the hyperlinks and formatting are good (obv), but I can't send that in an email body? I tried converting it in photoshop 7 (save for webpage) to a JPG, but then all my hyperlinks disappear. Is there anyway to keep the formatting and the hyperlinks?
