i really want my cats to be able to explore outside, but i live in a first floor flat. I just cant figure out how i can let them outside without me having to sit out there waiting for them to come home, theres no direct access to my flat, so i don't know what to do. Ive come up with all sorts of stupid ideas, including a cat ramp on the balcony! HAHA, dont think the neighbors would appreciate that though...
