How can I install themes on my I-phone 3G S?

hellooo, I have a prob...I just bought i-phone 3G S and I can't install themes...actually I don't know how to do it...I am from Greece and I bought it from Greece..does that mean that my iphone is unlocked?PLS help me..If you can give detailed instructions and link it would be great!!
