how can i install java operated jar & jad file in my samsung star gt s 5233a phone.?

i have bought a samsung star phone. i cant install browsers and other software in form of java
the only way to install which i know till is inbuilt wap browser. is any soft in its pc suite cd?
is you know any soft, please inform me i tried to search it in google search but nothing found till now.
is there is any uploader ,which will upload via pc?
