I'm on one of my college's Linux computers and it says I need to install Flash Player. I tried going to the site and downloading the .tag.gz (zipped) file and extracting it. But when I tried to open the extracted file called libflashplayer.so, I got a Cannot Display error. Did I download the wrong file, or is it an issue with the computer's "straightjacket" of security/not letting executable files run?
