How can I install Adobe Flash 10 in Firefox and Internet Explorer?

I need to install Adobe Flash Player 10 for Internet Explorer /and/ Firefox all in the same process.
Is this possible?

(Also, I've already installed it for Internet Explorer, so will downloading it for Firefox alone just be an expansion on what I've already installed?)
 
Flash Player works on both platforms.. therefore you only need 1 install
but make sure you dont mix it up with Java by SunMicrosystems, thats different
