Brain has been proven... to grow new cells and remodel! Regardless of age..!!! How can we take advantage of this.... and increase our natural raw intelligence..? There are studies showing that silly things like.......yea, juggling! Increase white matter in the brain, pretty, um? Cool, no? Meditation as well.....The brain is incredibly mysterious and amazing. I have no doubts, that intelligence is not a set number! We can increase, but of course, to a limit... How though?

I hear a lot about playing puzzles or chess, but this is proven to not increase intelligence! Exercise on the other hand, increases those smart hormones & neurogenesis (brain cell growth)
