Im naturally talented at endurance running, but I find sprinting hard and I'm quite slow at it too. I also feel like my muscles are stiff and Im not getting that feeling of 'breaking through' as much I want to. You know what I'm talking about, right? I assume runners would kinda get what I mean...
I just feel like my body is shortened and stumpy when I try to sprint and my legs feel short and like theyre stiffening. I am only 5"3 but it shouldnt be this hard. ANy techniques? Or training ideas? I want to be excellent at both forms of running.
Lol im also white so no genetic tendency towards speed. at all.
as a girl i want to be able to sprint well because what if im running away from a psycho rapist? or what if super fast zombies were real? i need to be able to run fast for a long time.
