How can I improve my photography?

Am I shooting at weird angles? Do you pictures look fake? What do you think?

By the way, not all of these were taken by the Canon Rebel T2i, that is actually my uncles camera. I just use a little Canon Powershot for most of my photography.
(I know I'm only 13, but this is something I LOVE to do. I don't want to change my way of photography, I just need a few tips on how to make my way of photography better.)
 
I want to become a wildlife photographer. Can you Help me to become a good photographer.I have some knowledge of it.I know the software tools used for photography.Photography is my hobby and I want to make carrier in it.
