How can I improve my nursing aide skills?

I got certified as a certified nurses aide back in early january and I just got a job a little over three weeks ago at a longterm care facility. I had a job in mental hospital about a year ago doing the same type of work but it was not as intense. This new job is very demanding but I don't mind the work and keeping busy the whiole time. The problem comes when I start putting people to bed at night. I know I'm still new at this but it seems like it takes me far too long to get these people to bed. I almost always run out of time. Like I said before. The work is hard but I like it. Is there any tricks to the trade that can help me get things done faster but just as safe? Any advice would be helpful.
