im 13, 7th grade and one of the only ppl who's not d back and i hit hardest out of the backs.
i play saftey and corner, and starting QB on offense.
im white and everyone else is mexican, i hit extreamly hard.
what areas in body do i need to get stronger in? for my height and weight (5'4''... 108lbs) im physicly a beast. and i dont plan on gaining more weight b of boxing not until the season starts.
anyways, anything drills i can do to make myself stronger in those areas? i tips needed, thanks
btw, i dont know why but i usually h much harder while i am running it. my tackling for is fine i just dont hit hard enough while i tackle...
