How can I help my team get more wins when the coach sucks and only 3 players want

to win? I have played for my high school team for 2 years on varsity this is my third year comming up. we havnt one a game since 3 4 years ago. I wanted to know if theres an tips to help me out to help the players want to win and show up to practice. The coach is no help. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
