My mom has always had an issue with her weight. She is not fat at all. I don't know her dress size or her weight, but I'm guessing her dress size is an 8. She has a wedding to go to and she keeps complaining she can't find anything that would complement her "fat old body" I think the problem is that she wears overly baggy clothes, like a size or two too big, but she hates clothes that touch her. I've tried telling her she's not fat but she blows it off.
How can I help my mom have a better self-image of herself?
