I want to go to sleep like normal people. I have to ask this question because it's long due. I been sleeping with my laptop on , watching a tv show ( mostly comedy ) for years.
When i was young I went through depression and my head was really messed up to go to sleep like a regular person. I was so much in pain that I had to watch something funny to tell my brain things are OK. [ My family was really abusive and violent ].
I moved away from them last year and been living on my own, But the habit still stays with me . I am almost used to this , it seems like.
Eventhough there is no more pain inside me , I can't seem to get rid of the habit of watching something on comedycentral.com or some tv shows , on my laptop , while slipping away into sleep .
How do I stop this , in a way addiction?
