I'm on my third LG EnV Touch since last July. This one is only two days old and is not only dying after minimal use and a full night's charge like the last two, but it also just freaked out and kept starting the camera and taking pictures (76 in a matter of seconds) then after several attempts to turn it off, a screen came up that said "downloading...please do not unplug" and froze. It wouldn't turn off so I took the battery out and put it back in and the same thing came up. I can't really afford to pay a lot of money for a new phone and I'm really sick of dealing with this one. Can I get verizon to give me a completely different phone for free? Or at least at a discount? I'm really sick of dealing with this one.
