How can I get to my downloads on a samsung rant?

I need to know so I can install a game.
Iam using a 2gb micro sd card
I have a game in .jad file ready to be installed But I dont know how to access my downloads from my phone. help!!
I mean the .jad file is on the micro sd card on my phone
in my phone
