How can I get the gps maps for egypt?

i want to buy a car gps system which is in dash 2din with touchscreen and stuff, like the kenwood or alpine or pioneer. the problem is that these come with a built in gps reciever which works in any part of the world, but the main problem is where the hell am i supposed to get egypts maps, i know its not available here in egypt because its not yet legal, but where can i get those maps? and can i use any type of maps with these in dash gps's and what is a map database, for example kenwood uses navteq and pioneer uses teleatlas, that means i can only use maps from these suppliers only? thanks
ps: gps does work in egypt i tried it with garmins and n95's and they have full egypt maps.
