How can i get the evolved forms that require trading in my pokemon white rom?

Im trying to evolve my gantouru to its last form but it requires trading to get it. But i dont know how to trade using a ROM file. If someone could help me that would be great. Im using the newest desmume and a pokemon white ROM i have a black ROM also.
