Sounds like she is insecure if she feels the need to talk about her exploits. (Although good on her! haha)
Seriously though.. You just need to kindly tell her that it makes you feel uncomfotable. You dont have to put her down, you can make it sound like a compliment and say something like 'Look to be honest Im not as confident as you talking about such personal things and it makes me feel embarrassed, I hope you dont mind if I would prefer to talk about another subject...?'
Or if you can just walk away she will get the point eventually.
