How can i get rid of wildlife?

In recent years, the wildlife around my house as got ridiculous. If i leave my bedroom window open at night, i will be woken by a dove perched on my window, or crows cawing like crazy, it does my head in as i need the window open for breathing problems, but wildlife outside keeps me awake.

What can i do? My energy bill is tops so cant have Ac's running 24/7, but need windows closed because of the pest's. Can i shoot wildlife in my garden? That's my only solution, either that or go mad with the pests.
 
You are the pest.
They were there before you. They keep you awake because you are sleeping in the daytime. Birds don't fly at night. Crows do the same. They sleep too-during the heat of the day and at nights

Go ahead and shoot them, and you will learn about the bumhole pest in prison. And dick all you can do about that.
